Best place I know of up north is Huck's just north of Sherman think it's Loy Lake exit on the east side of 75. Hmmmmm.

The one on the Red River is called Doug's Peach Orchard. That's the best place I know of. Go to Bowie and then north on 81 and it's the first place you cross once you've passed the Red River.

IF you want to go as north as texoma, the catfish platter just north of the bridge is as good as it gets. Only open Thursday-Saturday

Windom feed shack in Windom,TX. It is very good and all you can eat for around $14.00. It is worth your drive time!!!!!!!

Babe's is good. If you also like Cajun, Johnny G's in Lewisville (Hwy 407 1 mile West of I35 is excellent. Try the Fried Shrimp.
