The " small passage" between the two marked trees has a stump(s) in the middle! If you idlel they just bump you I don't k ow if the red collars around the branches are good or bad I just followed people that morning as I had never been on the lake.

Microsoft Research Maps has a pretty good one. No hot spots but does have depth lines.

The is a big point on the south end that is extremely shallow. It extends a 100 yards out into the lake.
Third cove from the dam, on the left.
It's obvious on the map above

i can attest to the presence of that tree. we were idling and i thought we'd lost the lower unit. it sure didn't give much
