Im thinking of making an excel spreadsheet to see exactly what i spend on fishing. This would include tourneys, tourney winnings, equipment, gas, ramp charges etc.
I know it will be bad negative but im just curious to see what i actually spend and also find areas that i could cut back on. Bc i know im bad about buying random baits that i never use.
Once i get it done i will post it on here if i can figure out how and you guys can use it if you want or tell me what you think.

This is a great idea. I'm going to do it to, then after I'm done with that, I'm going to figure out exactly how much I spend on beer too.

I did or tried to do the exact same thing about a year ago! I added up what I'd spent on crankbaits alone and developed a massive headache, LOL! I decided that it'd be best to just enjoy this great sport and not worry about how "expensive" it can be, especially after realizing I had spent over $2,500 on crankbaits, OH MAN HERE I GO AGAIN, WHERE'S MY TYLENOL!
