Bama, I like what you have now. You know you don't need any special boat to catch fish, when I bought my current boat - some guides called and said - Man your current/old boat has caught a tons of fish - Quess what they all do that - it just comes down to putting any boat over fish. And they can all do that - they all float and keep water out. Really more important is your electronics - Trolling Motor - and fish Fisnders - and the motor. All boats float and get you across the water but everthing else does matter,

It's interesting that they'd hang a 22" shaft VMax on that hull when it's designed for a 25" shaft motor. Look at the closeup of the motor from the side. Jackplate is all the way up but the powerhead is down against the transom. Just wondering???

Bama, I like what you have now. Thanks, I do too I just would like something bigger. Three people is about all I can handle with any comfort right now. With grandkids getting bigger and my dog that wants to go along, and even worse, wants to drive, I would just like something bigger. Of course wanting and having are two different things. I also love the way everything is laid out and the storage available.

Didn't pay attention to that but about 2 months ago the one I was looking at had a Honda 200 hanging on it. I've heard from several people that that marine dealership is good people to deal with. I'm sure they would make anything right that weren't.

Don't get me wrong. That's a great boat and what seems to be the cat's meow of new four stroke technology. Just seems weird to me. Check out the transom height in the specs. Good new is they should be out with the 25" and 30" shaft SHO's in the next few months.

Bamaboy That is a nice rig. What are they asking for it? $41,599 is what that one is listed for but I've found it cheaper out of state by about 5 thousand but only till the end of the month. Bama don't forget me . You need room for me when I get real old. Johnny Your already older than dirt you old coot.
