hey thanks a lot Hal, because I was thinking that Firemans would be a good spot at night too. Now I know to hit up the bridges which I will try and do coming up in june and throughout the summer. I can't wait to try it out and see what I can find at night time, and I know that before I had a boat I would fish the steps outside of Lynn Creek Marina in the mornings and the sandies would be running shad right up against the bank. So I guess this is only a logical place to look for them under the lights of the bridge. Do they ever stack up in the marinas under the dock lights as well, or is to shallow and devoid of current for that?? Thanks again for the help you guys, and once I start this night fishing thing I will post about what is working and what isn't.

I had some luck at Lynn Creek Marina between the sail boats and boat lane in 20 ft of water. Using minnows on drop shot rig or just going to the bottom reeling up a foot or two and pauseing.

This wind is insane. I had the boat hooked up for three days straight and never made it out. I wish it would lay just a little!

Haven't been out to Joe pool for 2weeks now because of finals and exams. I got one last exam tonight and I am done for the summer. Then time to fish fish fish!! HELL YEAAAA!!! Hopefully you guys are excited as me. I wanted to go out this past weekend but the wind wouldn't calm down. But today seems great! Tell me how you guys do if you guys went out?

Gonna hit the lake Thursday morning from 7-9am. Wind will be around 8-12 mph for a few hours

Yeah I hit the Lake for a few this morning and Man the wind was rough but i might try it again tomorrow

This wind is killing me, but I am not about to go out there while its this bad. I can wait for calmer weather. I don't like any wind over 15 mph. Not for pleasure fishing at least.
