6" purple (orginal)creme scroundrel worm texas rigged with 1/16 oz. weight. Cast out past shoreline grass, bring in slowly, bass usually ambush prey as it swims close to weedline. Have caught many 5 pound + on this rig

#4 Mepps in original with a silver blade or a #3 Mepps Aglia in white for consistent quality fish. Also hard to beat a 7" Tx. Rigged Black/Blue with red fire tail with a really light bullet sinker. I have caught over 25 bass 7 lbs or better using these baits (Really). Not any lately though. I used to fish everyday back in the day.

H2O express shallow diving model s bluegill colored crank. Reel it in then twitch it hard and it looks like a dying bluegill rolling over. I call it flashing but it might have a real term

I fish a pond that is 3/4 acre and love using the original Zara Spook. Swimbaits have produced well for me this year.
You guys know everything..... I'm just an idiot....no problem........
