I am retired from the US Army. I will have my new Tracker 175 this week and would welcome any military member who wants to fish Palestine, Cedar Creek or Rich. Chambers.

New to the forum. I am retired military, the wife is still active and we just got stationed in El Paso. If anyone is going to be fishing Amisatd this weekend coming up, would love to tag along. I pulled my own skeeter bass boat down from Washington state, I just have no idea where to go. If there is a backseat open, will gladly help pay for gas. Or any other lake within 8 hours of driving.

Thanks
Joe

I'm Active Duty Air Force here in the San Antonio area and would love to go fishing, I've found a few spots to bank fish but would love to get out on a lake. I don't care what we fish for as long as something ends up on the hook. laugh

Make sure and sign up for the Fishing for Freedom on Lake Belton this year. Should be around September or October time frame.

They will need boaters also...

I am being medically retired from the Army and moving back to Dallas next week. I have been bass fishing for about a year and can only learn so much by myself. None of friends fish so I try to teach myself. I would love to go fishing with anybody willing to take me so i could learn a thing or to. Any offers much appreciated

This is awesome how many people are out there willing to help us out and show us some fishing spots. Thanks to all who are getting our brothers and sisters in arms out on the water.

I am in the Navy and just got stationed in Corpus Christi. I would love to try out some fishing around here. I have done alot of bass and fly fishing up north but haven't really done any salt water. I would love any info from anyone or if some one needs a fishing partner let me know. Good Luck on the water.

If you make it up this way, let me know. We have been limiting out on white bass everyday we go. My weekends are usually open but this saturday we are going to catch some fish for a fish fry for a group on Lake Livingston. Can also fish some mornnings before I go to work.

I would be more then happy to have a soilder join me on the tourney dates as long as they pay there entry fee. Or a day out as i go quite a bit these days haha.

My son is currently in Afganistan and I know the journey you have been thru and would love to help someone enjoy a great day fishing!

Just PM me and we can go from there.

I am in the Waco/TEmple Area.

Oh and I am X-Army Para so I also know the day to day challanges so will get along just fine! Just drop me a line and we can see what we can setup. And if you have a special person wounded that would enjoy going out and are willing to help that is fine too. We can work out whatever as needed!

Life is too short not to just do it! Lord stop sweating the small stuff and just go ahead and do it so long as it doesnt hurt anyone!

Hey blkbearkir,
I retired from Ft. Bliss (the Sgts. Maj Academy, also took basic there) - have you been to Elephant Butt? Good lake, or it was 20 hears ago. Good luck.
