Went to fishin world today for the second time in a week and bought another rod. Mr.Puckett was extremely helpful in finding the exact rod I was looking for. There is no other fishing store I would rather go to!

I never had a problem there at all. Been going there for at least 15yrs or more. I would say you certainly dont have to shop there if it isnt your cup of tea, but he has always assisted with anything I asked for, stocks items nobody else around here has and will order anything in you need. He covers salt, fly, and freshwater and I use him for all three. It is a great little shop and will continue to buy for as long as they are open.

One of my favorite places on the planet. Used to go there twice a week. Key and the whole staff are knowledgeable and always more than happy to help.
From my side of this, your experience isn't typical. I wish there were more places like theirs. Hate to see a post like this but I can say without reservation that you're in the minority when it comes to a bad experience with that group.

After I picked up my last boat from them, Key said he would call and come to Nacogdoches and spend some time at the lake with me in the new boat. Sure enough, Key called in a few weeks and came down and spent several hours at the lake with me going over everything about the new boat. He then turned around and went back to Dallas. That is service that you just don't get from every dealer.

We try our best to be the store where you guys like to shop. Bass fishing and bass tackle is our first priority. I apologize to anyone we have ever been rude to-It was certainly not intentional! I may be at fault for trying to create a low pressure sales invironment. This is probably just what I like when I shop. We are always open to suggestions from you guys. Call me anytime.
