what's your price range? I run a 22hd xpress for my guide boat as well as many other guides on here. Can't beat it for the price range either. But if money no object, take a look at Pacific boats. Toughest boat out there bar none. Guaranteed unsinkable, self bailing center console aluminum boat. Made for the rough Pacific blue water and the coast guard runs them also.

Looks like a nice rigg Larry. I'm waiting for my lotto numbers to hit. I'd definitely go with a CC for the reasons stated above. Most bay boats have a draft of around 12". They wont necessarily run that shallow but will float that shallow. They make a great multi-species platform.

I'm running a Polar Kraft 2010cc Outlander this was a new design in 2009 I've yet to find anything it cant handle. It's not a shallow water boat though. Big enough to have a barn dance in with lots of storage

The pacific boats run 30 grand and up. Of course the 30 grand model is the 1925 model. If I buy a new boat it will be one of these. My little brother has a friend in washington state who is in a the coast guard and runs one during service and owns on personally, says they are unbeatable! They now have a plant in Texas also.

I just went from a Skeeter bass boat to a 1999 19.5ft Center Console with 225 Mercury. I love it! The best thing I ever did was buy this boat, I got it for a steal also at 6k!

Look at a carolina skiff, some like em some dont, we have been running one for a long time and love it, they are easy to clean up, run shallow and very stable and customizable.

Chellenger - The only thing I don't like about it is that it sits about 2 ft in the water.
