The artificially lighted pines with the dark sky and stars in the background is an awesome shot. Worked 3 summers and 2 1/2 years full-time on a rig offshore Louisiana. I'll always enjoy oilfield photos and paintings.

pretty neat. never worked on one of them rig's. Worked with a truck mount tho, them truck mount are pretty neat

Man thats to much work I am on days off now the rig I drill on we just drilled 16 holes on one pad at UT Arlington They are all cool at night all lit up til you haved looked off of them for 15 yrs Lol

Worked on a rig in Cleburne for bout 4 years just got laid off though, Loved every sec of it. Pioneer Drilling Rig 5 we miss ya
