Trilene floro is my new favorite line.
I have used Big Game for years and have had great success without many break offs that were line issues. Usually me being stupid and not doing the right thing.
I switched to Trilene Floro my last two trips and the sensativity of this line is great!! I am feeling a lot more of the bottom and the little pecks the bass give I am feeling them a lot more too. But I have noticed line care is way more important now. Spray a good line conditioning agent on your Floro. Also ALWAYS wet your line for knots!!
I keep my rods in the lock box in the boat but I have sprayed my reels with ReelMagic for years and it seems to do very well for keeping things from drying out and keeps the hard water we have in Texas from causing line and bearing issues.
Land was created to provide a place for boats to visit!! It is when pirates count their booty that they become mere thieves. ARRRRRR....
