Does anyone use the iPhone to help them fish? I bought this app called Fishmate. It tells you the moon phase and major and minor fishing times.

I got it. It is okay. I really liked the ESPN version I had on my Verizon plan. It was ESPN Fishin Forecast. I haven't seen it as an available APP. I do like the $9.99 version of Navionics I put on it. I can take a look a map and study whenever I need to and have the extra time. By far my best investment from an APP. Only thing better would have been me getting it for $4.99, when it first came out. But, I didn't have an Iphone then.

The navionics app is great! I also got it at 49.99 and it was worth it... You can drop pins and tracks and attach photos (I have not done this yet). When we went to Caddo a couple weeks ago I traced our track and it really helped when we got confused on the way back. Plus I dropped pins for all the fish we caught over 5lbs so we could try those spots again next year when we go... Plus it told us exactly how far we traveled and our top and average speeds, useless but fun! I am trying to get some screen shots of it
