Two points:
If it is a new lake record, what is the weight and has it been certified?
If it has been certified, did Robby Rose approve it?

Didn't have a scale unfortunately. Let'er go. But did get a lot of pics. 1st fish caught this morning. I caught a 12lber out of a stocked pond once and this was very close in size. Smaller, but close.

Without a certified weight, gonna be mighty hard to get her recognized as a lake record. Nice looking fish for sure tho.

Yep, pains us that we weren't able to weigh or measure it. We are conservationists though and wanted her babies to go back into the lake.

We will have measuring mechanisms at the ready next go'round. I know there's not much proof, but was curious to everyone's thoughts on the size.

Shaky Head, this was actually my first true outing on the lake as well. Live about 2 blocks off of it so was anxious to give it a go. Finally purchased a boat that will get me in to spots I've had my eyes on. All catches today were on worms. We also tried spinner and Rat'l but no luck on these.
