Was around the area so I decided to hit up my "sssssssssl'" @ rowlett creek. Didn't bother to check the "barometric pressure". Just wanted to kill some time. Walking down some trails to my super secret location. After what felt like a 1hr walk, I get there. Hooked up my jigs and bam bam bam! Huge hybrids one after another. Limited out on hybrids in 45mins. After that the magnum sandies decided to join in on the action. Awesome day for only 1 1/2hr of fishing. Got there @5pm and then the storm came through. It sucked pretty bad walking back to the car carrying a stringer full of hybrids and sandies getting soaked by heavy azz rain.

i knew it was gonna happen this evening... how big was the biggest one? those sandies look like a little perch next to the big mama....

Dude, look for holes (water changes color-darker)after shallow areas and no other people. Most of the people that fish RC hit 1-3 spots and sit on them the whole time. When you get a group of these people together, sounds like they are throwing rocks into the water. The fish don't swim upstream and stay in 1-3 spots. They move around. There are natural places for them to hold up. The guys that do the work and move around and find them ARE NOT GOING TO TELL WHERE THEY FOUND THEM, unless:
1. Your friends
2. You reciprocate information
The only people who post locations on here are new to the forum; joking; trying to move people around; or just ignorant.
BTW, me and HybridInMyPants limited on Hybrids and Sandies at pole 12 off of Castle Dr.(using apple -smoked bacon), just got back. Also, heard police and GW are going to be out Thur/Fri from FW to GR (Operation BustYourA$$) all day and maybe Lavon Dam if RC is too muddy. You guys be careful.
