I wish this was on Friday night. (That's just me though. I have to be at work at 4am M-F). Need my beauty sleep. Obviously I'm not getting enough.

Man, I hope Alvy turns on by the end of the month. I went yesterday for a while and zeroed. Not cool. I'm going later today to try again. I know their in there somewhere. Big girl that was caught last spring ought to be pushing sharelunker size by now.

Well, I went back yesterday evening and found 8 between me and Rolo. Better than zero! Today ought to be even better with the COLD front coming in tomorrow. While I was on the water, I received a phone call from a pretty reliable source saying a 16 pound range bass was caught from the shore yesterday afternoon?? He even seen the picture of it. I was out there and there was a couple people bank fishing but I didn't see anything like that. If so, they may have caught one after I left. I doubt that they would register it if they did catch one because these people that caught it would more than likely take it home and ate it. Not the fishing for sport type.

Who cares what size fish are caught out of there,The Dirty South Posse will not be posting any weights of any of the Wensday night Jackpots.Last year we posted the weights, and our local guys who fish around here couldn't ven get to the ramp cause of all the hog hunters,so KVS and anybody else that knows what i'm talking about will understand what i'm talking about. The lake use to be a great lake but now we have a bunch of rift raft coming down and destroying beds and structure and all because they think the can catch a double digit fish each cast.So good luck trying for the double digits and i've fished there long enough to know that all the publicity only hurts the lake in the long run. After the SAL ends we are left with a fished out and pressured lake that you could.nt even buy a bite lake.So just my .02 cents.

My 2 cents is last Sunday I caught my biggest bass ever on Fork. You think the pressure that lake sees hurts the fishing? Months after ya'll posting about the big fish being pulled out of our home lake last spring and all these people showing up and ruining the lake, me and Rolo caught our biggest sack ever. So, I say if you think all this fishing pressure sucks, ya'll DS guys should quit posting about Sunday tournaments and Wednesday night tournaments on the largest bass fishing resource in Texas. You think the city is gonna build restrooms and fix the crappy ramp if people don't come to the lake? If you don't like the fishing pressure cause it makes it too tough to fish, let me help ya'll out and me and Rolo will fish Tuesday nights instead of Wednesday nights. Hope this helps you out.

I'm sorry about the last rant and have decided that, after cooling down, that the Dirty South guys are generally a good group of guys and I will be joining ya'll in some tourny's. Just because I disagree with one person of the group, I had no right to disagree with Dirty South as a whole. Good fishing to all and I'll see yall the last Sunday of the month on where else but Alvarado!

Know one was crying KVS,we witness 10 fish bigger than your pb in one week there. And all the traffic won't help get bathrooms,it's the tax payers of the city of Alvardo, that's why there is a launch fee at every other lake in Texas to pay for things like that.So i don't get mad or your feelings hurt cause someone speaks the truth.
