What can be done about pill bugs in the garden? They get into anything that touches the ground in my garden.

What can be done about pill bugs in the garden? They get into anything that touches the ground in my garden. DE (diatomaceous earth) works well around your plants.

Should be safe. I've used for years around our garden. Just make sure you or your pets don't inhale it too often. Can lead to respiratory issues.
I always washed my veggies with 70/30 water and vinegar after picking.

32 degrees on Monday morning ?
Not good The old timers out here always said last freeze or frost is always around April 9th. I dared em this year and planted way early. Got the 5 gallon buckets out today and covered 32 plants and moved a bunch of plants into the garage. Squash, cantaloupe, cucumbers and corn all broke ground this week. So I'm kind of sad. A farmer in Texas never gets a break. We will be having 95 degree weather in 3 weeks. Not sure why I keep putting myself thru this. I have been dealing with it all my life. If you can get lucky and get an early start it makes it worth it. I planned on planting taters last week but had to quickly change to building an ark instead.
I prefer peace.But if trouble must come let it come in my time. So that my children may live in peace

Almost done planting. Putting peppers and tomatoes in ground tomorrow. High tunnel temps 120+ with sides rolled up. Gonna throw some pinto beans in there and prepare for next tomato and pepper crop.
