welcome aboard
48.6 main lake

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

Ray Roberts is 49 on the main lake. The warmest I found last week was 59 to 60 and that was late in the afternoon after the water reached it highest temp. We still need about 3 more degrees of the water warming up to get the the water where it needs to be to get the fish moving on up. A few fish are being caught but scattered.

Cedar Creek yesterday was 49.7 on main lake...got gradually warmer back up the lake arms, and as warm as 57 up in the creeks.

on Saturday Lake Georgetown was 58, in almost every cove we went into. Lake is high, and a little off color.

Once this rain gets out of here and we push 80 tomorrow the water should really warm up... or so I hope.

Did you find any crappie in that 62 degree water? I'm thinking about heading out there soon.

Only caught 3, water is really rolling in there now but it should stop by tomorrow. Maybe this weekend will be better.
