yallz don't think them drums are tough? I admit they don't smell as fishy as sandies or hybrids but its alot chewy-er. Like eating squid almost.

yallz don't think them drums are tough? I admit they don't smell as fishy as sandies or hybrids but its alot chewy-er. Like eating squid almost. You're overcooking them if your description of the texture is accurate.

If you like drum, go to PK dam. Thers a buttload of 6pnd - 10pnd drum. hookup a crawfish with just a hook.

I like my drum less than 5lbs for eatin. 6lber for decent fighting. How long does it take to get to PK damn from rowlett?

I am serious. You just have to get over the rib cage. White meat. And where you catch one, there Are more. Look them up. They are almost exactly like a black drum saltwater.... Taste the same too

today was off for me..started out the day straightening my hook on a big fish and the day progressively got worse from there.
