There are a lot of good fishing spots on Waco as well as Belton where you can fish from the bank Diamond T. Last year at Belton the 5th place team fished from the bank.

Depends, I think most out of towners are staying in McGregor, think there is a hotel that is giving some reduced rates. Since you have to fish waco one day then belton the next you could stay in Waco or Temple also.

Hey Chase,Mc Gregor is pretty centrally located between the 2 lakes. The Weston Inn is the host motel there in McGregor. She gave us a discount but I'm trying to talk her down a little bit more but it's a good rate as is.

Well after much negotiation and money under the table we have been able to secure Bro. Terry for our featured speaker at the Friday night get together at Greenbriar Country Club. Man it was nip and tuck whether we could get him especially after the big article I read about him and Johnny in the Graham Herald Celebrities like that are hard to come by. I can't wait to see if he can top that story he told last year.

Good luck on your event, it was good to see some of you guys at Cabelas in Tawakoni
Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach
