I think its becasue if you sold the boat with the wrap on it and it changed owners.. i beleive the numbers would change too.

Once a boat is assigned TX numbers they are that boats numbers for the life of the boat, as far as I know.

I'm pretty sure the numbers stay the same no matter who owns the boat.

They were actually printing the TX numbers while I was taking pics...they did them as an overlay on the wrap.

Well it's awesome job in any case. I don't think I've ever seen that "chain link/mesh" look, but it's bad arse.
