 CAT Tournament At lavon Today

It was a really good turn out for the first event of the year today on Lavon. Not a lot of fish caught but a few and think everyone had a good time. This was my first CAT event, and it was a good time, as we had the big fish of the day for Division 2. Junior can't wait for the next one, as he got the whole check. Big thanks to Finny Tribe for sponsoring the Big fish award for Division 2. (Jay Don asked me where we caught it and I told him when we were sitting beside him over by the damm.) Here's Junior with the 2.540 big one.

Junior called and reminded me that the reason he got the check was becasue he's the one that gave her mouth to mouth for two hours keeping her alive.

Got to set the record straight Bobcat1. Chris and I did almost nothing but spider rig all day. I did not get the name but a father and son team won Division 2. The son was probably 11 or 12. Was great to see. Kid had a grin from ear to ear, especially after he got a $300+ check for his half  . A confirmed crappie fisherman for years to come I bet. Max
