Thanks for the Reimers pics. I'm going to try and get out there on Wednesday.

Well I high jacked these photos from another web site with out asking that person for permission from the original poster, and felt bad for doing so, so I sent him a PM this morning apologizing, and I told him that if he a had a problem with this then I would remove them in a heart beat.

Its one of those situations where I got excited about a few photos and took it up on myself to use them, which is wrong to do so with out asking first. So, now I set back and wait for a reply to see if its okay or not.

The water was still a little murky, but it wasn't too bad. I used dark colors (black, Dark blue). That creeks should clear up pretty quick, so you may want to switch to a lighter color.

The spot I fished at has no pay area...you can do what I normally do; just go to Nail park and pay. If your not sure, that pass is good for one day at all the 3 dollar pay stations.

Raider - do we have to pay to fish at nails or cedar creeks? I thought it's only for newmans bottom. so I guess even if you only fish at irwin bridge, you still have to pay $3 to the state park?

Yes you need to pay at Irwin and Nails. I know if you go to Cedar through NCP you'll need to pay. Not sure from Flagpond. Most likely you will try several spots, so just go pay right when you get there and have no worries the rest of the day.. smile

Nails creek on CR125 is split between the State Park and the WMA as is The Yegua at CR124/CR132 irwin bridge. Cedar Creek on CR125/Flag pond rd is split between State park and COE land which is free access. Generally you need to pay 3.00 a day to access State park land whether by foot or by road. The WMA is free access but you are required to wear hunter orange. There are no such requirements for accessing the COE land upstream from the CR125 bridge at Cedar creek that I am aware of. I think that COE land ends and private property begins about 1/2 mile up from the bridge so please be respectful when going upstream so the land owners won't feel the need to post No trespassing signs.. Leave nothing but footprints and take nothing but legal fish and photos!
