Same here and it's still basically brand new I threw it about 20 times at Falcon and never used it again.... I have lots of RCs and I believe they are worth every penny in fact I'll trade the King Shad for any RC bait if anybody wants it.

100.00 custom swimbait down at amistad, it's super sick and I have already caught 2 8s on it, I have a ton of the Tru-Tungsten Tru-Life swimbaits and they seam to work just as good and are availible in more colors and you can work the water column with one bait!

I just paid $50 for a JSJ floating bluegill swimbait that was used once, but in perfect condition, when it sells for $80 normally.

Check this one out. It already has 15 bids and 1 days left. I have seen some of his cutom baits go for over $180 for just 1 bait. I have bought a few of his baits but never paid more than $20. They do look good but no way I would pay more than 20 bucks for one and their no better than baits you buy in a bargain bin for 1.99 just my opinion http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Custom-Painted-L...=item518ff85ead

50 bucks for one lure? call me crazy but that is nuts. lol i fish fork alot and lose atleast two lures a trip. if i paid that much for a lure it would just sit on the mantle. i will just stick with my h2o baits. You can get the new G2 versions of the Shell Craker for $19 . These type swim baits were designed specificly to catch fish over 10#... how much is a 10+ or SAL worth to you? http://blackdogbaits.com/store/shellcracker/

I have lots of RCs and I believe they are worth every penny in fact I'll trade the King Shad for any RC bait if anybody wants it. I wouldn't have even bought them if it weren't for seeing with my own eyes. Last Feb we pulled up to an area at Falcon and the guide said, "Here, start chunking these and reel it just fast enough to feel the wobble." I thought this will probably be a waste of time. After fishing this certain flooded area for about an hour we had boated a 9 1/4lb, 8 3/4lb, 7lb, and three 4lbers. I couldn't fricking believe it! Since then I have yet to catch a bass on them, but I probably haven't fished it longer than two hours the whole year. I have caught two big catfish at Monticello on it but that's it.

I have King Shads, Rio Ricos, Lucky Crafts, Spros etc, etc. But I think the most expensive bait in my box is a plastic worm. The Jackall Flick Shake. Cost is $5 for 7 worms. Of those 7 worms you might only catch 4 or 5 bass, and chances are 3 or 4 of those will be peanuts. So basically you are spending $5 for 1 good bite on this worm, and that isn't counting the jig cost that goes with it. But they have saved me from going home empty handed more than once and I have won a tournament or two with them, so I keep a few bags in the boat. Don't use them often because of the expense, but when I pull them out they tend to generate a few bites where other lures have failed. So while I have spent up to $25 on a single hard bait, I will catch more quality fish over their life than I will with 5 bags of Flick Shakes.

I have two Falcon boxes filled with LC. I don't carry much tackle in my boat.
Stress less, relax more. Go fishing.
