Shawn - the last few weeks the whites and hybrids have been scattered north of Goat Island to the mouth of the river. Two weekends we caught them drifting minnows in 30ft of water. Last weekend we caught them on a windswept bank in 5ft of water using rooster tails.

I was going through my tackle box early this morning and pulled out some crappie jigs and thought shoot, I told that Shawn Q [ i just put a minnow on the jig ] what i ment to say is i take a lead head jig, i like green, and put a minnow on the lure it self. looks like 2 swimming together. I diden't mean to sound like a wise a$$ in any way, shape or forum
