Christmas Day........CHINESE!! China Star in Sherman......it's a tradition ever since we saw the movie "A CHRISTMAS STORY" Only thing is.....ya gotta watch it or......."YOU'LL PUTCHER EYE OUT!!"

pecan incrusted crappie with honey cream sauce,balckened catfish,chilean sea bass,fried shrimp and scallops,and sides on Christmas Eve. Pork roast, meat balls, Italian sausage, and pasta with spagetti sauce(my inlaws call it gravy) on Christmas day

2-smoked turkeys (1 bbq, 1 cajun spiced) smoked ham 2 smoked ducks green bean casserole sweet potato casserole mac & cheese deviled eggs mashed potatos broccoli cheese casserole stuffing rolls green jello/cool whip salad stuff about six kinds of dessert
We're low carbing it.
Anybody know where I can get some really big plates ?

Had a really good meal in ANNA tx coming back from Chactaw-with $200 of there money-that used to be mine.--resturant next to Loves truck stop- dont even have a name--good food nice people.

Fried turkey, green beans, mashed taters with garlic, cranberry sauce, rolls, giblet gravy, and of course, dressing. After that, a glass of pinot and a nap.
