We started a tradition of a fish fry a few years ago.

smoked ham
2 smoked ducks
green bean casserole
sweet potato casserole
mac & cheese
deviled eggs
mashed potatos
broccoli cheese casserole

rolls
green jello/cool whip salad stuff

Fried turkey, green beans, mashed taters with garlic, cranberry sauce, rolls, giblet gravy, and of course, dressing. After that, a glass of pinot and a nap.
