A lot of speculation on this post from a lot of people that may have a slightly skewed view of what professional fishing is all about... If you want fair and equal, fish $20 jackpots every month with a club. Nothing against fishing with a club, but its easy to justify not looking for every possible advantage when your family's bills and food don't depend on it.

If you want to do what those guys do, put your life savings up for a season to fish against them. See if that kind of pressure doesn't cause you to look for every available ounce of advanatge you can get.

Any of the Elite guys and FLW Tour guys would laugh at this, because, frankly... they don't care. They all think they are going to win every tournament every time... no matter what the 100 or so other pros are doing. They don't sit around thinking, "I wonder if so and so gets better info than me." They get out there and fish, from daylight until dark for as many days as they can before cutoff and during official practice.

Some of you make professional fisherman seem like super secret spies or something. If you wan't the truth, they are just that good. They fish all the time under all conditions for a whole lot of money and do everything they possibly can within the confines of the rules of the tournament they are fishing to win.

Nothing wrong with that in my book.
