Fork does, high real estate. Lake Palestine and Tyler are covered in homes, nice home! These are two incredible lakes, if you in the market for a home to live in, or just a weekend getaway, Lake Tyler or Palestine would be a great place to look!

Most of them do besides power plant lakes.

Athens has lakefront homes. Beautfiful. Smaller lake, but great fishing and good people from my experiences there thumb

I think the list would be shorter if you asked which lakes DO NOT have lakefront homes.. Power plant lakes are the only ones I can think of that don't have multiple homes (and even some of them have a few).

Waterfront goes up and up!

You should look at Lake Cherokee (south of Longview)prices....you'll realize everywhere else isn't that bad!
