Right now there are a lot of big blues hanging around the cleaning docks. Little Mineral has a public cleaning and courtesy dock I think the Light House and Highport also have public docks you might be able to fish off of. Usually large schools of shad will move into Highport and Eisenhower which will draw the catfish into the marinas.

The dams a good spot for blues as well. Got the one in my signature on live perch.
