Tom says that maybe 10 fish have been boated between all 10 teams. Im guessing maybe we are not hearing about all fish being caught.

Someone has to know where I can get a new 7 foot cast net for a decent price around hidden cove park. I have tried academy, bass pro shop in grapevine and dicks in lewisville. Bass pro is the only in so far that has them, but they want 90 bucks for one.

This is how it played out.

3rd place was Larry and Chad with 9lbs
2nd place was Serj with 9.3lbs
1st place was CrappieTerrorist (Eric) with I think 25ish lbs
including a big fish prize.

These are some lite stringers, it was anyones game. I didnt get to fish this one, but I still want to thank WW and Tom for making it happen. I felt like I was there with Toms updates.

Enjoyed meeting everyone at the Tourny!

We got there really late(too late to enter) and then had some boat trouble. It wouldn't go over 6mph without bogging down.

Even with the problems we did manage to catch 8 channels in about 2 hours. They were in about 4 feet of water, coming in to chum we had put out.

fish weren't biting up north of ya'll either, today. I gave up on the blues and started targetting channelcat and caught 17 channelcat from 3 to 8 lbs and two blues .. one of them was 3 and the other was 4 lbs. I'm pretty sure the little cool front knocked the blues in the head up here but can't say for certain.

I think a lot of the lack of bite has to do with the fact that lewisville is letting out 2000cfs. That's gotta mess with the fish.

I just wanted to say thanks to Tom, for all the work he put in on the tournement today, and for cooking all the fish & hushpuppys, you done good Amigo!!!

And thanks to Chad, for fishing with me, and for not letting me fall out of the boat!!! And if you hadn't caught all the fish I wouldn't have made that $700.00 today!!! (private joke on my partner that backed out)

Also it was nice to see some people that I have been talking to on here for so long, and didn't have a face to put with their call-name, and others that I have seen before!!!

The Tournement went real well, except for nobody catching any fish or being able to find any bait this morning, for all of you that came, Thanks, and for all of you that didn't, all I can say is you missed it, and you will have to come to the next one!!!
