We are hoping for 30 entries with 1/2 from our club.

Here is a link to the launch site http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/fishboat/fish/recreational/lakes/ray_hubbard/access.phtml
and it is A on the map.

If this is the east ramp at Robertson and you are launching solo you will have to beach your boat on the ramp and will get wet doing so. Very rocky shoreline, no good place to beach. And the ramp is not steep at all.

agreed, this ramp would not be bad if you did not have that many anglers showing up, but with a 25 dollar entry fee, you just might have quite a few show up. there is a ramp right beside boat ramp B, it is just not on the map that you are looking at. it is the biggest ramp on lake ray hubbard and plenty of beach room for boats.

Senior King has a good point. The robertson ramp is not bass tournament friendly.

Politicians, baseball players, high-powered corporate CEO's they all seem to eventually let us down. Nature, however, does not. Look to her for inspiration and you will learn the secrets to living a good life. The most Important lesson it would seem is to make sure you spend as much time fishing as anything else.
