i will be traveling the state shortly, and would love to find the best of the best.

breakfast tacos or beef tacos either one

Taqueria Rio Verde just a mile or so north of La Grange on the east side of 77. Insanely good tacos made from scratch and at a great price!
Make sure you try their red salsa.

There is a tiny little restaurant in the tiny little town of Crosbyton that has the best tacos I have ever eaten. Theresa's Cocina. If you ever get out towards Lubbock, you gotta try it.
