Caught this one a few evenings ago. Its no giant, but with 2009 being the year of the numerous 5 pounders for me, this is the best I have to show so far. She went 6-13.

Any grass back in that lake? yeah the grass is coming back some, as far as the lake turning around, no not really. its still fairly tough. but give it a year or two with this grass.

thats a nice bass man, i really need to get over to that lake and fish it. i live 5 minutse away from it but yet ive never fished it...i guess thats just the way it is without a boat.

Mev, when I lived there I caught an 8 and a 9 out of there from the bank. It can be done. Great lake that has spoiled me at times.

i have fished around the bank once, but could never find any really good spots to fish from, maybe ill rent a boat and paddle around or something

When the grass comes back I may have to take my boat off the lift at Conroe and keep it on the trailer. That lake was outstanding when it had grass.
