2 lbs of 80/20 ground beef with 1/2 pack Lipton onion mix & one egg ,
1 TBS of Worcestershire sauce and mix it all together in a bowl .

Make sure your beef patties are real thin and heat some corn oil to 350-375 and add some steak seasoning & garlic powder to the oil !

Cook for 1-2 minutes per side and add chedder cheese when you remove from the oil

Serve with some healthier oven baked fries ! hehe

These Deep Fried Burgers will melt in your mouth ya'll food

Saw this on the Food Network Dyer's Burgers in Memphis,Tn

Looks mighty good Udamdan!

I liked the way you used REAL cheddar cheese instead of "cheese food" on that burger!

Wifey bought some of that "cheese food" slices the other day and I had a conniption fit!

I told her to always look for the "Blue" package of Kraft. She is young...but getting better!

To make your patties really thin place between plastic sheets (split open gal freezer storage bags work well). Press down flat with a plate makes them thin but not too thin.

These sound like some good old fashioned fried hamburgers - however, not deep fried......

Want to kick it up a notch? I watched a Bobby Flay Throwdown about Green Chilie Cheeseburgers. He was going against a guy in New Mexico. I have about 20 different pepper plants and decided to try it. I took two Big Jim peppers, put them on a pan on the grill, roasted them to loosen the skin, peeled the peppers, sliced them up, threw them back on the pan, put Garlic Powder and a little Hot Shot (combination of Black and Red ground pepper) on them as they sizzled, waited for my cheese to melt on the patties then covered the cheese with the sizzling peppers. My better half put some sliced onion on hers and I put some of my pickled onions on mine. Man was it an awesome flavor on the burger. I have expierimented with adding Jalepeno in my patties but this grilled pepper taste was great. I am looking forward to trying some of my other peppers, maybe Fresno Chillies, Hot Bananna, Las Cruces Chilie or one of my others to see how they taste.

On average, your heart beats 100,000 times a day. One day, one of those heartbeats will be your last. Then what?

The answer is found in Jesus Christ who said "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:10

Bobby bit the dust again. His was an awesome Green Chilie cheeseburger but he puts so many ingredients in his that he basically invents a whole new taste. His had pickled onions, red wine vinegar and tons of different spices along with using I believe other peppers like Poblano mixed in. It would probably be about the best burger ever in another part of the country but with judges and people from the area of the throwdown they seem to have a particular flavor from that area. His rival had a real simple way of doing it with just garlic and regrilling the chilies on a pan and that is the unique taste to that region which is why I believe it won out. Bobby really gets into using a lot of things that sometimes I have never heard about to invent new flavors and dishes and the people he goes against are usually known for pretty simple great recipes and it usually ends up about 50/50 on who wins.
