For some reason I can't edit the original message for an update so I'm posting it here. Texas Motorcars is the headline sponsor for this tournament and the heading should be:

Crappie Anglers of Texas Lake Texoma Texas Motorcars Tournament

Texas Motorcars will be providing refreshments at the weigh-in. Come on out and join us in wrapping up our last tournament of the season leading to the State Championship.

For more information about Texas Motorcars visit their website at Texas Motorcars.

Additionally, Texas Motorcars will be sponsoring a $500 special payout (TBD) for the first day results at the Crappie Anglers of Texas State Crappie Championship.

Maybe next year I will have learned enough about catching crappie to enter a tournament or two. I am not good enough yet so for now best of luck to all you skilled crappie catchers. I am still just a fisher of crappie. rolfmao

Bobcat1 you know you're already good enough to get out there....these CAT events are a lot of fun and a lot of good fishing information gets shared. The hole point is to become a better fisherman and attending CAT events will definitely shorten the learning curve.

I would encourage anyone that's been thinking of fishing one of these to sign up and fish Div 2. You will likely qualify for the CAT Texas State Championship. The TSC is going to be a lot of fun and the luckiest fisherman that day will be taking home a lot of $$$$$$.

Thanks but honestly I know better. I just learned how to find brushpiles. I have got to start attending CAT meetins I guess to learn more. I can bass fish like anyone else but Crappie are taking longer for me to get right. Practice Practice Practice.
