I use alot of 12 and 14pound fluoro but will downsize if needed also will go up to 65pound braid. Just like everyone else said you really cant have only one pound test you use for everything depends on the structure alot of times.

It really depends on the technique. For fishing frogs i use a fifty pound braid but for drop shotting i use a 6 or 8 lb flurocarbon

Lots of different lines and weights wich tells you what ever you have the most confidence in for me 20lb big game its cheap and it is real, real strong.
