They aren't, think they must be short-handed, backed up on work or both. Multiple tries and was told I would get a call back but never did  , didn't want to but had to take TM to another shop. What are you doing?

you should have known when he said a 522 and a 510c and bullet and 1197! Old school back in the day electronics!
