The floor is just an epoxy paint. They sell a garage floor paint kit at Lowe's and HD. Got the 2 step kit which includes the flakes you can add for better looks!

The garage floor paint was ~$70 or so. It is a two step process and covers approx 200 to $250 sq. feet, although I estimate my garage to be 300 sq feet or so and it covered it all.
