No, the land is leased from either TPWD or the corp I'm not sure which one. The actual building and business is owned by private investors. I think it is on it's 3rd or 4th set of owners now.

Happykamper TFF Guru Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 15,603 Southlake, Texas	TPWD has a concessonaire (sp) that they award or lease to a qualified party to operate the lodge/marina, TPWD recieves lease money and a percentage of revenues generated by the business. If Lantana had a marina I think they would make a better go at it, between the Corp and TPWD they have made it diffacult to get a marina in there, I know quite a bit about this because I had the chance to get involved with it a few years ago, I am glad that I passed on it.
