Funny thing is the City of Dallas has a police gun range that is very busy about 2 miles from the boat ramp you guys are talking about.

Fishalot was being sarcastic with you, did you read the rest of his post?

Many years ago I fished the lake a lot and caught nice Bass but that was long ago and I don't go now for the same reasons most don't go, lack of security. Good luck if you go and be careful.

Ok, I didn't mean to confuse no one. I will confess the fishing is good the boat ramp sucks and not the best crowd around the area, but never had problem leaving the truck and trailer.

Like RedTopLady said good luck and be careful.

OH SHOOT!, you are so right, sorry about that bang. It was late when I wrote that..or something, I'm an idiot.

Rookie07, sincerely sorry to hear about your ex-girlfriend, there was certainly alot of that extreme non-sence going on back in the late '80s around this part of Dallas - I had acquaintences too who met the same fate. Thankfully it's decreased to a greater extent now.
