That Mr. Whiskers stuff gets way to thin in the heat and wont stay on a hook , The other 2 baits out fish that stuff by a long ways. Try em side by side one day that is if you can get the Mr whiskers to stay on the hook.. I have used all 3 many times and its no contest IMO sorry.. AS for fishing over chummed spots Bobby is right on Carolina rigged or on a slip cork in 2-6 ft of water.. Cant go wrong with the Sec 7 Or bennys will put plenty of channels in your boat.. Good luck..

No one is mentioning that range cubes are also attractive to large carp and undersized catfish. The presence of big carp can shut down the catfish bite and catching mostly small cats gives you lots of action but not much satisfaction. It's best to take the time and find reliable holes.

First put a 3/4 to one oz slip sinker on your main line. Then tie to a barrel swivel, Then tie leader to swivel. Take a wine cork, drill a hole to fit those shishkabob sticks. Make a slip on cork. Leader is about 10" long. Cork is placed here, 6" mark, then tie the hook 2" from the cork. Bait is suspended 4-6" above bottom. Bait with live shad.
