I used my skills I learned in the CIA to determine they "know" each other! LOL! Just kidding....I just thought maybe we could get this post going in one direction!

So, you are making public record of yourself saying that cheating and lying is OK in gaming/gambling and fishing tournaments? ...and that nobody should try and explain correct conduct to you? ...while you are trying to take OUR money? ...while we fish to the best of our ability still being sportsmanlike and ethical?

Sequestering fish to retrieve them later to win a tournament is like stacking a deck of cards or having loaded dice up your sleeve. Both are wrong on any account.

I used my CIA skills once again to determine this must be happening on Eagle Mountain!

Okay..... I looked in their past post and saw all thier post were about EML. Minus one post about Cedar Creek.

joefish said, manipulating a boat to get in there, and if you can legally get your boat in, then those fish aren't trapped at all.

My 'assumption' would be that it's an aluminum boat. Say the area had a foot or two of land in between it and the main lake. You could manipulate a light boat over that. But the fish aren't gonna be able to escape.

But it's speculation on my part as to what they are doing because no one will answer that question.

Bruce,

Are those land locked, or can they be accessed by boat if condition are right? Are they in casting distance from lake to pond if land locked?

Just curious.

I will go on record saying I will fish within the rules. Anything not specifically laid out in the rules I consider to be fair game and can use to my advantage if I chose to do so.

I am guessing like posted some people are relocating fish to an area that is not very accessible, except for aluminum or shallow draft boat. If it is not landlocked I don't see a problem, as the fish will get out when they chose to do so.

Everyone of them has water access from time to time,,,but with low water you have to cast over dry land to get to them,,,,and there have been times when they are loaded with fish

Back in the day...there was a method people called stacking fish.
Where they would go and practice fish, live well the fish they caught that day,and at the end of the day....they would go to there favorite brush pile and drop there days catch in there. In hopes on tourney day the fish would still be there.I never saw where it helped anyone myself, heck fish move to feed.

As for putting fish in a small body of water that is cut off from the rest of the lake,i dont care if you can cast to it off the front of your boat, thats cheating in my book. But some people will push rules to the limit, the common sense just goes out the door.Thats why if your a T.D you cant leave no stone unturned when typing up a set of rules.I to know of at least three places this could be done on EM.
