i was thinking the same thing Bazz, why would SKR want to make round ones? The Boy Ain't Quite Right.. but then again none of Us Offshore fishing types ever are.

I think they would work on anything that eats bait, we catch em' on 3 1/2 oz 5" spoons here all the time

Huh. Too bad I can't find any 10 ounce butter knives ... could make some cheap killer jigs for YFT fishing!

Anyone have a photo of a knife jig? I would like to experiment with a few for hybrids.
I tried to register on the Humbolt web site and it was like joining a fraternity. I do not want to tell them about myself and all I want is to lurk.
With out knowing what they look like, this is how I have one pictured in my mind.
1.Cut off the knife blade.
2.Drill holes in both ends of the handle.
3.Apply split rings to both holes.
4.Put hook on one end and tie line to the other.
Is this close?
