Well I made it out and in the water by 6:15, hit my first honey hole of past but the water there was so dang hot I decided to hit the main lake...found a little cooler water and ended up with 3 LMB's. Overall fun but a big let down from my last trip out...Did not see the whites busting the water anywhere!

Boosted....did you go and how many did you catch and release? Hopefully I can make it out there today after work and try out my new Shimano.... JZ's dad and I went Wed and I caught 10 and he caught 5. JZ bassitup and my self went Thursday, well it wasn't as good a day for me. I got 3 bites and caught 1 of them. It was very hot and I started feeling sick so I went home. JZ and Bassitup stayed out there but I don't know what they did after I left. While I was there I was the only one to get one in though.

let me tell yall something today flippn sucked...might as well been fishing in my pool, first time in about 6 months i got skunked...just goes to show " sometimes you are the bug and sometimes the windsheild"

YEP, after discussing the reason we were not catching fish yesterday I went to the house and made some bird on the grill and kicked back...oh well the (1) I caught gave me a thrill..I thought I had a big daddy but when I got my first glimpse I figured real quick it was a catfish... Good seeing you and your dad out and I am sure we will see each other again!

I think I'm the only one that hasn't hit a 4+lb bass yet this year. My biggest is a 3.14, Bassitup just got lucky. lol J/K
