I am talking more about the flatter hull design...not actually just driving along slapping each wave.

I'll second the nitro as being an awful ride! I've ridden in three and ALL THREE sucked IMO! I think it has to do with the way the hulls are designed! They are a mod v that is concave as it comes up to the sides. Either that, or they just suck IMO.

All shorter bass boats are gonna be rougher than the 21 footers of course, my Z6 rides pretty well, the roughest I've been in was an 18'(?) stratos.

My buddies Tracker Tournament V18 (Aluminum) would throw you up in the air and compress you into it's flimsy seat (that felt like a piece of plywood) until you wanted to cry uncle. It was brutal when the lake was rough.

My first boat was a '69 Power Cat. Cigar shaped hull that you drove from the front with a stick. I would put it up against any boat ever made. I caught a lot of fish out of it and it made a lot of memories on Fork in its glory days though. In the modern era I would say skeeter.

And I know who "Jeff" is.

Any boat can be a rough ride depending on the water. I have a 203 Champion and it's about a smooth of a ride as you can get in my opinion. But on tournament day when it's time to go, comfort is not the first thing on my mind.

With that being said, this spring was brutal for winds.

Oh, my 16' Sprint would have been the roughest ride I have ever been in.

I had a buddy years ago with a 350 Ranger that was with out a dout the worst riding boat I have ever been in. I always felt I was rideing on it not in it, no matter who was driving it was awefull, I had a slightly smaller skeeter and it was a way better ride.
