What are the chances of pulling in some kings or spades for some bonus fish. Me and a couple of friends are really wanting to go and try to catch a few for something fun to do

Go to there website and check out the reports. I haven't ever seen a king caught but Tons of spades and a few ling and grouper. http://www.galvestonfishingboats.com/
