Sadly, Kansas doesn't have near the fishing that Texas does. I am sooo jealous! We still try to catch em good here though. Here are a few good fish....


This walleye was caught in January 2009. 6+lbs.

This LM was also around 6. Ended up winning a pretty good tournament 3 days after catching this big girl. Biggest tournament I won. I think there were like 90 boats?

This girl was around 5 1/2 lbs. This one was caught 20 minutes after the one above.


And this is how we do when the lake freezes. On this hunt, it was 4 degrees as a high. It was -20 with the windchill. 5 man limit of canadas made a cold day tolrable.

Regardless of what they look like nobody can deny they put up an awesome fight. Taking a kid carp fishing and seeing the smile on their face when they hook into one is priceless
