No shorts on cause tha water was like 40 degrees and cold as a well diggers arse! Water level went from 20 ft to about one ft off a point. Tha wind caught me off guard while taking a fish off and snapp i was stuck! I would have done that if it was different circumstances! Trust me!

Yeah it was a little embarassing at first cause there was several boats around me looking at me like what is he doing! I thought maybe sumone was gonna help me but thats not my luck even though I always help a fellow fisherman in trouble. I even once took a couple of guys out with me because their boat broke down as they were launching. They were from a long ways off and said they had just went over tha whole boat and everything worked fine but soon as they tried ta unload, it wouldnt start so i offered and they said they didnt wanna bother me and i said its all good. I was fishing alone and the company was nice. I put them on some good fish as well. Got back to tha truck after fishing and they offered money, beer etc... I was like no money but I will drink a beer with ya so I made a great friend and hope tha carma turns in my fav. next time!

My Dad and I had to spend the night on a sandbar in the backcountry in the Florida Keys until the tide came back in.. We had to get in the water and just keep our mouth and nose up so the mosquito's would not carry us off.. That was bad...

Holy Cow where are you fishing at that the water is 40 degrees still? LOL from my experience this weekend the water was actually warmer than the boat.

I stuck my duck boat on a sandbar on Fork. A long way off the bank. I had to dig my way under the boat so it would float.
I thought I was going to be staying the night!
No fun, but a good story!

Truman Reservoir in Missouri. I was trying to figure out how to run up one of the rivers. Got of out of the channel and was stuck in the mud. I Had to climb out of the boat and push my way off the mud flat. Luckily it was summer and the water was warm and I had shorts.
