Did you catch that fish, or did you shoot it???? I think I am starting to figure out how you get all these 'brids.  12 guage, or is a 20 sufficient?

Oh, that was from my new gaff hook! lol
Just kidding, that was the one that attacked my oversize sassy shad & got the hook impaled pretty deep.

I knew that fish was bloody, but  ! If I remember correctly, that was one of the few fish caught on a sassy. I don't know where he hooked it, but it bled pretty good. At one point we were just flinging the Hybrids into the boat. We had 5 rods out while we were working sassy shads at the same time and at one point we had 4 or 5 legal Hybrids on at once. It's hard to complain about having to dance around each other to land fish. I took a few Hybrids over to a friends house and fried 'em up tonight. They were all very pleased. man, that looks like a fun couple of days on the water. I'm going out tonight catfishin, but you sure make those hybrids look tempting....
