Cole, If you don't mind me asking, where were these pictures taken? It looks a lot like a creek I spent most of my young life on.
It's in SouthEastern Oklahoma. Blackfork Creek.

I've only been out a few times since picking this kayak up, but here she is. Caught my first keeper fish tonight! Maybe I'll catch him again someday.

Will, Excellent way to break in the new boat!! She looks good...excellent choice. Now, when are we going to go fishing? I'm going to try and get the boat and fly rod out for a few hours after I close up shop on Saturday. I don't have a picture of my current kayak...but this is pretty much how I rig up every yak. Two scotty fly rod holders and paddle bungees on the side. The less stuff I have on the boat, the less things my fly line can get tangled around. Clean lines for pretty pictures as well.

You could do simlilar type mods. A milk crate, foam, sheet plastic, marine goop and silicone does wonders. The biggest thing I could suggest for a canoe is a drift sock. They pick up a lot of wind.
