Giant Fresh water Prawns Prawns Prepared for cooking Sauteed Prawns Deep Frying Prawns After deep fried, Stir fry in butter and Cheese OMG this [censored] is so good I love myself Finished product. Shell is so soft you can eat the whole thing. Buttery, Cheesy, sweet from springled sugar. You will slap someones momma on this dish This dish is also to die for. Clat Pot Prawn Stew $20 Meal just for me.

That looks amazing! What did you saute' in? It looks like garlic and scallions...anything else? After sauteeing, you just deep fry then you stir fry with butter and cheese?

I've seen just the tails at Kroger. I bet an Asian grocer or Central Market (more pricey)would have the whole shrimp.

Fried Prawns, Chinese Style INGREDIENTS: 1 pound large shrimp, in shells 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon dry sherry 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 2 tablespoons peanut oil 2 cloves garlic, chopped 3 green onions, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 Marinate the shrimp in the shells for 15 minutes in the soy sauce, sherry, and ginger. Drain. Stir-fry in a hot pan with the peanut oil and garlic until the color changes. Add the green onions. Add the salt and sesame oil. Toss until the onions barely wilt. Serve hot. Let each guest remove the shells at the table.
